Output numbered images

Use the --save-frames option when you want to extract each animation frame as an independent image file.

Saving numbered images

Run the command with the destination directory specified for --save-frames.

Terminal

console2svg capture -v --save-frames ./frames -- sl

Under the specified directory, each frame is output with numbered file names such as frame-0000.svg and frame-0001.svg.

• Directoryframes

  • frame-0000.svg
  • frame-0001.svg
  • frame-0002.svg
  • frame-0003.svg and so on

Specifying the sampling rate

Combine this with the --fps option to adjust the sampling interval.

# Output at a rate of 10 frames per second
console2svg capture -v --fps 10 --save-frames ./output-frames -- nyancat
